These terms apply when you visit figtreefinance.net (the “Site”) or buy from Fig Tree Finance (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund and Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
1. Who we are
Fig Tree Finance is a trading name based in Queensland, Australia. You can contact us at figtreefinance128@gmail.com.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products, mainly PDF ebooks and workbooks. Nothing is posted to you. Product descriptions, page counts and contents are shown on each product page.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where it applies. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. We don’t see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order.
4. Delivery
After your payment is confirmed you will get a download link on the order confirmation page and by email. Please check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive, and contact us if you still can’t find it. Download links may be limited in number or time, and we can re-send them on request.
5. Licence and acceptable use
When you buy a product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. You may save it on your own devices and print the worksheets as often as you like for personal use. You must not copy, share, resell, upload, distribute or publish the product or any part of it, or use it for training courses or client work, without our written permission.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and in our products, including text, designs, logos and worksheets, belongs to Fig Tree Finance or is used with permission. All rights are reserved.
7. General education only
Our products and content are general education about everyday money organisation. They are not financial, legal or tax advice and don’t take your personal situation into account. Please read our Disclaimer.
8. Refunds
Our Refund and Returns Policy explains when we refund or replace a product. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
9. Consumer guarantees and liability
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all other warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from decisions you make using our content. Where we are liable and the law permits us to limit our liability, our liability is limited to resupplying the product or refunding the price you paid.
10. Use of the Site
Please use the Site lawfully. Don’t try to interfere with its operation, access it without permission, or use it to send spam or harmful content. We may suspend or refuse service where these terms are breached.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
